Welcome to Heart and Soul
Fitness Center,
where we have fitness
to fit you!
Here at Heart and Soul Fitness Center we believe our club is
your best fitness option in the Vermillion area. With an expansive
building, we are able to offer a fitness experience that is closer to
three gyms in one than anything else.
We have a PACE brand hydraulic circuit room which gives you a great all
around workout in half an hour that is geared to toning and weight
loss. Not just for the ladies, this workout is for everyone.
The main gym (which is larger than some gyms all together) has a
complete set of weight machines that should satisfy you whether you are
a novice at the gym or an experienced member. The cardio theater has a
range of equipment to include stationary bicycles, elipticals,
treadmills, a rowing machine, and a stair machine.
Our free weight area is stocked with everything that you would expect
of a "guy's" gym with space to spare for you and half a dozen friends
to work out together and not bump into the other guys already working
out.
All memberships include a gym orientation session to get you started on
the right path towards your personal fitness goals, access to our
fitness classes, and 24 hour access to the gym, seven days a week.
We offer various tanning packages, a Chi relaxation room, a childcare
area, and personal training is also available to meet your needs.
Throughout the year we offer various children's dance and fitness camps
as well as a fall to spring dance program.
